About the Author:

Sports Psychology Expert, Mike Edger, is the president and co-founder of Mental Edge Athletics, LLC. As a high school and college athlete Mike became fascinated with the mental aspects of performance enhancement in sports. He earned a Master’s Degree in Sports Psychology and is currently working toward his PhD. in I/O Psychology, specializing in Performance Enhancement Coaching. Mike is a Certified Mental Game Coaching Professional and has studied under some of the leading authorities in the Sport Psychology field. He has published over 100 articles on the mental aspects of sports and is dedicated towards helping athletes and business professionals reach their performance goals.
